The Texas Slam is a Level 3 National Tournament and Tier 1 Texas Tournament considered Texas' Sectionals. Around 1,000 kids ages 11-18 compete in the annual tournament, making it the largest junior tournament in the United States.

Winners of the Texas Slam for each age group earn an automatic bid to the USTA National Open Hard Court Championships in August held in six locations across the country. Draws are not split, each age division will have 1 singles draw and 1 doubles draw.

Every Super Championship player who applies by the deadline will be accepted. The CMZ Masters are held prior to the Texas Slam and serve as a qualification opportunity for the top 4 finishers in each draw.

Draws for the event can be found at the TennisLink website. The link also has important information on the tournament, all competitors, seeding and updated results.

The point system used for the event can be found on the USTA Texas Youth website.
